Stock exchange listing is not on our agenda right now, in view if the situation on the global capital markets. This is what Stefan Sofianksi, Lev Ins CEO and chairman said in an interview for Profit TV.

In his opinion the crisis will have an impact on Bulgaria as well.

Lev Ins expanded its market share by 0.56% in the past 12 months.

„Our good results are due to two reasons mainly – our loyalty to customers and risk management,“ Sofianksi pointed out.

The company is currently in the process of negotiations with neighboring countries. „Our aim is to be a regional player, we do not want to operate only in Bulgaria.“

He also assured that shareholders have no intentions to sell stakes, in spite of the strong interest (even for 100% of the capital).
