This week has only four business days in Bulgaria. It starts with changes in the structure of SOFIX, BG40 and BGTR30.

Enemona joins the blue chips and nine stocks enter the broad BG40. Those are Holding Roads, Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria, Trace Group Hold, Enemona, Billboard, Neochim, Favorit Hold, Polimeri and Oil and Gas Exploration and Production. The stocks that leave the index are Chugunoleene, Bulgarian River Shipping AD, Albena, M+S Hydraulic, Devin, Lomsko Pivo, Severcoop Gaza Holding, Zaharni Zabod and Holding Varna.

The new entries in BGTR30 are Holding Roads, Enemona, Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria, Moststroy, Lead and Zinc Complex, Sparky Eltos and Trace Group Hold, which are to replace Holding Varna A, M+S Hydraulic, Petrol, Plovdiv Yuri Gagarin BT, Polimeri, Central Cooperative Bank, Bulgaria Real Estate Properties REIT.

The Bulgarian Telecommunications Company is holding a general meeting of shareholders today. They are to vote a proposal for a merger of BTC Mobile and BTC.

The final date for subscription of shares issued by Advanve Terrafund REIT as a result of the fund's capital increase is also today (23 September, Tuesday).

Three companies start dividend payment this week. Those are Blagoevgrad BT, Synergon Holding and Etropal. Shareholders in the tobacco company will receive 5 leva gross dividend/share, Synergom Holding and Etropal are distributing 0.08 and 0.21 leva respectively.

Wednesday is the final date for trade in Lomsko Pivo shares entitling the holders to participation in the capital increase. The company is planning to raise capital from 4.5 mln to 6 mln leva (3.06 mln euros) via issue of 1.5 mln shares at an issuing price of 2.5 leva.

Last week SOFIX fell 10.99% to 853.75 points and BG40 plunged 11.69% to 206.86 points.
