Leading banks and financial services companies participating in the autumn edition of BalPEx will present special offers and free loan consultations to private and corporate clients during the event.

Experts say clients in Bulgaria are mainly taking mortgages to finance home purchases, but a tendency to take credit with the aim of buying properties with investment purposes or starting up a small family business is beginning to emerge. Businesses take loans to buy offices, shops, administrative buildings or warehouses.

Between October 10 – 12 Unicredit Bulbank will be offering discounts for many products, and will introduce a universal mortgage credit plan with no income verification needed, at no application fee and no fine for early repayment.

EIBank will present its new 35-year mortgage plan and new credit card plan Visa Classic (up to 5 000 leva) during the exposition. The interest rate on the mortgage is 7.90% (in BGN) and 6.80% (in EUR) for the entire period, at no application and early repayment fees. Clients can use this loan to fund home or office purchases, as well as for repair works and refinancing of loans in other banks.

Allianz Bulgaria will also present special offers during the event.

DSK Bank will be presenting credits for small and medium businesses plans. At the beginning of September the bank launched a campaign for new credits in BGN and in EUR for small and medium businesses. The bank will be charging just 50% of the application fee until 31 October.

Non-banking institutions (CreditCenter and FinCity) will be giving free credit consultations during BalpEx.

Th event's sponsors are RE/MAX, Bulgarian properties, Home for You and Hercesa International.
