SOFIX plunged under 800 points but the index rebounded by 1.32% today and closed at 802.94 points. The blue chips were up 2.79% in morning trade.

BG40 stayed unchanged at 198.58. BGTRO also ended in the green, after adding 0.74% to 532.22 points.

BGREIT was the only declining index today. It slipped 0.29% to 78.25 points.

BSE's daily turnover stood at just 3.43 mln leva (1.7 mln euros), compared with 6.33 mln leva (3.2 mln euros) yesterday. Stock worth a total of 1.45 million leva was traded at 14:26 h.

90 stocks were traded today and half of them ended the day with gains.

14 out of the 20 blue chips closed in positive territory.

Lead and Zinc Complex is the day's top gainer in SOFIX. The stock gained 9.1%, the average price settled at 22.11 leva.

Industrial Holding Bulgaria added 5.47% at a turnover of 16,711 shares at an average of 5.36 leva.

Chimimport managed to rebound 2.22%. Some 21,326 shares traded hands today at an average price of 5.57 leva.

Toplivo climbed by 6.41%. The average price on the position stood at 14.45 leva at a turnover of 1,185 shares. Euroins added 3.36% to 4.73 leva.

M+S Hydraulic also recovered. The stock lost 6.04% yesterday but gained 5.72% today. A total of 8,167 shares changed hands.

Kaolin appreciated by 2.53% (average 5.48 leva) and Emka improved its market capitalization by 1.22% (average 13.97 leva).

Amid banks in SOFIX, the only one to end in red was CCB, which lost 1.04% after 7,991 shares traded hands at an average of 2.89 leva.

The other banks post gains: FIBank (+0.62%, average 4.97 leva), Corporate Commercial Bank (+1.05%, average 84.5 leva) and BACB (+0.28%, average 39.95 leva). The position of BACB has seen a lot of cashing recently and the stock has lost some 29% in September as a result.

Holding Roads was the only gainer among infrastructural stocks today. 2,512 shares were transferred at an average of 15.03 leva, which is a hike of 0.67% for the day.

Sopharma stayed under 3 leva today as well. The stock even dropped a further 4.31% and closed at 2.89 leva at a turnover of 2,218 shares.

Stara Planina Hold shares returned at 3 leva at one points during trade but closed at 2.99 leva (-0.67%).

Monbat lost 0.14% at a turnover of 74,324 shares and average of 9.05 leva. It emerged today that the company bought back a total of 80,800 shares in September at an average of 10.29 leva.

Trade was very active on the position of Oil and Gas Exploration and Production, which added 5.75% at a turnover of 18,052 shares and average price of 6.04 leva.

Doverie United Holding appreciated by nearly 1%. The average price on the position stood at 5.78 leva, a total of 18,052 shares were traded today.

Orgachim and Odessos Ship repair Yard closed in the red. Their stocks fell by respectively 2.25% to 130.04 leva and by 0.37% to 212.13 leva.

Meanwhile, US indexes are moving in an up-and-then-down sequence. After a record slump on Monday, indexes surged yesterday and experts forecast them to plunge again today.
