Business Calendar October 6-10

Trading in the rights issued as part of the capital of DIT property REIT will kick off on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) this week. The REIT plans to hike its capital from 550,000 leva to 3 mln leva.
A total of 2.45 million rights will be issued as part of the capital raise. The new shares that will be offered for subscription will have 1 leva par and issue value each. The rights and the shares were issued at a ratio of 1:1.
The final date for the acquisition of Eurohold Bulgaria stock, which will enable the shareholders to take part in the general shareholders' meeting of the company is set for October 9 (Thursday).
The auction for the unused rights of Industrial Holding Bulgaria will be held on the same day. The company plans to issue convertible bonds for 22 mln leva. A total of 200 rights allow the subcription of one bonds.
The general shareholders' meetings of Todorov and Central Cooperative Bank (CCB) are scheduled for October 10. Todorov's shareholders will decide on the sale of a hotel complex.
The shareholders of CCB will authorize the management board of the bank to raise the capital of the bank over the next 5 years through the issuing of new shares with a combined par value of 30 mln leva.
The SOFIX blue-chip index slipped by 8.37% to 751.67 points over the past week, while the broader BG40 index shed 8.85% to 185.87 points.
