BSE's All Four Indexes End Today's Session Higher

All four indexes of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) ended today's session on positive territory. The SOFIX blue-chip advanced by 2.63% to 600.80 points, while the broader BG40 ended the day 4.19% higher at 158.58 points. The BGTR30 index of best performers in total return closed 2.67% up at 414.7 points.
The BGREIT index advanced by 0.37% to 63.07 points after having spent almost the entire session in negative territory.
BSE's trading turnover remained relatively low at 2.28 mln leva today. The value of the over the counter deals stood at 1.19 mln leva as at 14.30 p.m. A total of 110 issues were traded on the day with 63 of the companies posting stock price gains.
Stara Planina Hold was the biggest advancer among the stocks traded on Segment A of BSE's Official market. The stock price of the company went up by 7.56%, to 2.42 leva per share. The turnover on the position came to 6 570 shares, while the average price of the stock settled at 2.33 leva per share.
Eurohold Bulgaria's stock appreciated by 3.22%, to 2.5 leva per share. The advance coincided with the news that the company plans to streamline its leasing business through Eurolease Holding. The proposal will be put to vote at the company's general shareholders' meeting scheduled for October 27.
BACB was the best performer among banks listed on BSE. The stock of the bank appreciated by 17.06%, while the trading volume on the position came to 901 shares. Corporate Commercial Bank advanced by 0.79%, to 70.55 leva per share. A total of 106,924 shares in FIBank changed hands on the day. The stock appreciated by 7.7%, to 3.5 leva per share. Central Cooperative Bank was the only loser today. The stock of the bank depreciated by 3.00%, to 2.2 leva per share. A total of 29,000 traded hands on the position, while the average price of the stock settled at 2.31 leva per share.
The trading volume on the position of Billboard came to 10,844 shares today. The stock added 5.29% to its value closing at 3.8 leva per share.
Chimimport was also among today's advancers. The stock price of the company went up by 5.26%, to 4.00 leva per share. The trading turnover amounted to 31,531 shares, while their the average value of the stock settled at 4.1 leva per share.
Infrastructure company ended mixed today. Trace Group Hold's stock appreciated by 8.33%, to 52 leva per share. Moststroy slipped by 4.21%, to 10 leva per share. Holding Roads' stock price remained unchanged at 12 leva per share.
Samo of today's major decliners included М+S Hydraulic (-9.03, to 5.81 leva per share), Sparky Eltos (-12.32, to 4.2 leva per share), Bulgarian River Shipping (-22.07, to 2.26 leva per share) and Svilosa (-17.61, to 1.45 leva per share).
