Trade on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) this week will be marked by the third quarter non-consolidated financial reports, which have to be published by the end of the week.

The general shareholders' meeting of Eurohold Bulgaria will be held today. The shareholders will put to vote a proposal for the establishment of a subsidiary dubbed Eurolease Holding, Kingdom of the Netherlands.

The shareholders will also authorize the management board of the company to transfer the ownership of Eurohold Bulgaria's shares in Eurolease auto Sofia, Eurolease auto Bucharest and Eurolease auto Skopje to the new subsidiary.

The rights issued as part of the capital raise operation of Holding Varna AD will be traded on BSE between October 27 and November 11. The company plans to hike its capital from 2.1 mln leva to 5.2 mln leva.

A total of 2.1 mln rights have been issued, each allowing the subscription 0.669 new shares at an issue price of 22 leva. The auction for the unused rights is scheduled for November 18, while the deadline for the subscription of the new shares is set for December 3.

The SOFIX blue-chip index lost 11.39% of its value over the last week, while the broader BG40 shed 10.15% on a weekly basis. The BG REIT declined by 8.39%, while the BG TR30 lost 10.36%.

All four indexes post losses since the beginning of the month. The SOFIX has declined by 31.75%, the BG40 has lost 24.66%, the BG REIT has slipped by 26.71%, while the BG TR30 has shed 27.73%.
