The last day for sealing deals in Unipharm's stock, which will enable the shareholders to take part in the genral shareholders' meeting of the company on November 26, is set for today (November 10).

The shareholders will discuss the capital increase of the company from 500,000 leva to 1 mln leva with own funding. the shareholders will receive one new share for each existing share, if the proposal is approved.

The last day of trade in rights of Holding Varna is set for November 11 (Tuesday). The holding company is in the process of hiking its capital from 2.1 mln leva to 5.23 mln leva through the issuing of 3.13 mln leva with 22 leva issue value each.

The auction for the unused rights is scheduled for November 18, while the deadline for the subscription of the new shares is December 3.

The shareholders will decide on the capital raise of the company from 10 mln leva to 12.5 mln leva through the issuing of 2.5 mln shares, each with 4 leva issue value.

The BG40 index of the most traded stocks on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) advanced by 1.08%, to 142.77 points over the last week, while the SOFIX blue-chip index shed 4.95%, to 467.83 points.
