A new commercial center will open doors on December 1 in Vidin, northwestern Bulgaria, Invest Properties told Profit.bg.

The mall, which is located in downtown Vidin, has four storeys and 9 000 sq. m of built-up area. The commercial space stands at 6.000 sq. m. More than 50% of the commercial space has already been rented out.

The new commercial center will accommodate more than 60 stores, offices and various establishments each with a space between 40 and 1 110 sq. m., Invest Properties' data show.

Technopolis home appliances chain already launched a project for the construction of a store in Vidin, while rival Techomarket will open its store in the city by the end of the year.
