I expect yet another calm, low-turnover trading session on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE). Stock prices will most likely post declines as a result of yesterday's drop of the U.S. Indexes, Dimitar Georgiev, broker at Elana Trading, said.

Investors have been highly inactive in the last few days, according to Georgiev. The value of the deals in equities is insignificant and transactions in compensatory instruments and some REIT often to offset the decline.

Today will probably be no different. Investors almost entirely refuse to sell at the current levels on many positions and I do not expect sell-offs that will send the market 5% or more down, like the ones we have seen over the last two months, Georgiev said.

BSE's indexes ended yesterday's session in negative territory. The SOFIX blue-chip index slipped by 0.76%, to 355.54 points, while BG40 declined by 0.26%, to 107.17 points.

BSE's overall turnover, came to 2.5 mln leva. A total of 96 issues were traded on the day with 34 companies posting stock price gains.
