This week is marked by numerous general shareholders' meetings, with the first one being that of Expat Imoti REIT scheduled for Monday.

The general shareholders' meetings of Enemona, Serdika Properties and Hyundai Finance will be held on Tuesday.

The trade in the rights of CCB Real Estate Fund REIT will also start on Tuesday. The rights will be traded until March 23. The REIT offers a total of 427,193 shares for subscription with 57 leva issue value each.

Trade in the new shares of Unipack of Pavlikeni will kick off on March 11. The company hiked its capital by 1,135,990 leva to 2,271,980 leva. Trade in the new shares of PRC REIT will also start on the same day. The company doubled its capital from 5.85 mln leva to 11.7 mln leva.

The trade in Advertising Prodigy's issue will also start on Wednesday. The issue amounts to 360,000 shares with 1 par value each.

The general shareholders' meeting of Chimimport is also scheduled for March 11. The sharehooders will put to vote a proposal for changes allowing the company to issue preferred shares with a guaranteed and/or additional dividend with the privilege of buying the shares back.

The general shareholders' meeting of Energetics & Energy Savings Fund - FEEI SPV is scheduled for for Thursday.

The last general shareholders' meeting of the week is that of Nikotiana BT Holding, which is scheduled for March 13.
