All four indexes of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) started the week with declines. SOFIX and BG40 slipped the most losing more than 4% of their value each. The blue-chip index ended the day at 265.34 points (-4.27%), while the broader BG40 closed at 86.90 points (-4.19%).

BG REIT and BG TR30 shed 2.31% and 3.67% of their value, respectively, closing the session at 38.90 and 196.99 points.

BSE's overall turnover exceeded 594,000 leva, while the value of the over-the-counter trades totaled nearly 53 000 leva as at 2:00 p.m. A total of 84 issues were traded on the day with 23 of the companies posting stock price gains.

A total of 29 224 shares in bottling company Devin changed hands on the day. Trades were sealed even at a price of 2.08 leva per shares. The stock price of the company eventually went up by 5.42%, ending the day at 1.75 leva per share.

Albena Invest Holding was also among BSE's advancers on the day. The stock of the company appreciated by 1.07% to 2.65 leva. A total of 10,343 shares changed hands on the day.

Banking stocks were among today's losers. All actively traded banks posted declines as follows: Central Cooperative Bank (-3.18%, to 0.82 leva), First Investment Bank (-1.92 leva, to 1.23 leva per share), Corporate Commercial Bank (-6.62%, to 70.50 leva per share) and Bulgarian-American Credit Bank (-1.79%, to 7.66 leva per share). BACB's shareholders will vote at their general meeting to secure funding from Allied Irish Bank, which owns 49.99% of the bank. The funding will be under the form of a credit line of up to 50 mln euros.

Infrastructure stocks also ended the day lower. Holding Roads slipped by 0.92%, to 2.15 leva per share. Moststroy closed 2.13% down, at 2.30 leva per share, while Trace Group Hold shed 4.68%, to 30.50 leva per share.

Orgachim posted a considerable decline on the day. The stock of the company depreciated by 8.16%, to 55.10 leva per share.

Chimimport's stock price went down by 6.87%, to 1.21 leva per share. The shareholders of the company voted in favor of the issuing of preferred shares with guaranteed and/or additional dividend with the privilege for repurchasing.

Lead & Zinc Complex's stock price went down by 0.65%, to 8.34 leva per share. A total of 1,358 shares in the company changed hands on the day. Last week the company booked 7.78 mln leva sales revenue for January.

The profit from core activities amounted to 889,000, while the net financial costs amounted to 441,000 leva. The net profit came to 448,000 shares.
