The fluctuations of the major SOFIX and BG40 indexes of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) continued throughout today's entire session. SOFIX, however, was the only index to end the day higher. The blue-chip index advanced by 0.14%, to 265.70 points.

The broader BG40 index slipped by 0.39%, to 86.56 points. BG REIT (-2.16%, 38.06 points) and BG TR30 (-1.89%, 193.26 points) asla ended today's session in negative territory.

BSE's overall turnover came to 1.77 mln leva, while the value of the over-the-counter trades amounted to 1.72 mln leva. A total of 91 issues were traded on the day with 30 of the stocks posting price gains.

Banks, some holding companies and insurers were actively traded on BSE today. A total of 8 909 shares in Corporate Commercial Bank changed hands on the day. The stock appreciated by 5.67%, to 74.50 leva per share.

Many of the market participants expect the acquisition of 30% of the capital of the bank by Bulgarian Acquisition Company ІІ S.a.r.L, Luxembourg. The company is owned by the State General Reserve Fund of the Sultanate of Oman (SGRF).

First Investment Bank also ended today's session higher. The stock of the company appreciated by 2.28%, to 1.26 leva per share. A total of 77,736 shares in the bank traded hands on the day.

The traded volume on the position of Central Cooperative Bank amounted to 126,125 shares on the day. The stock lost 2.79% of its value ending the day at 0.80 leva per share.

Bulgarian-American Credit Bank climbed by 4.37%, to 8.00 leva per share. A total of 499 shares in the company were transferred on the day.

Industrial Holding Bulgaria and Chimimport were heavily traded on the day but other stock prices declined. Industrial Holding Bulgaria's stock depreciated by nearly 5%, to 1.19 leva. A total of 64,237 shares in the company changed hands. Chimimport skidded 0.25% lower to 1.20 leva after 79,458 shares traded.

Euroins was traded in high volumes for the fourth straight day. A total of 35,987 shares in the company traded hands on the day. The stock depreciated by 8.37%, to 1.49 leva per share.

The last traded in Monbat's stock was sealed at a price of 3.56 leva per share, down 1.69% compared to the opening price. The traded volume on the position came to 27,305 shares. Other decliners today also included Orgachim (-4.72%, to 52.50 leva) and Lead & Zinc Complex (-0.78%, to 8.27 leva).

Trace Group Hold was the only advancer among the actively traded infrastructure companies on BSE today. The stock price of the company went up by 0.66%, to 30.70 leva per share. Trace Sofia, a subsidiary of Trace Group Hold, will build kindergartens for over 5 mln leva, it emerged earlier today.

Holding Roads (-5.12%, to 2.04 leva) and Moststroy (-6.52%, to 2.15 лв.) ended the day lower.
