This week on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) will be marked by the start of the trade in the shares of Intersky of Lesnovo and Unipharm, as well as as some by a few general shareholders' meetings.
The trade in Intersky's issue, amounting to 8.37 mln leva divided in as many stocks, will kick of on March 25 (Wednesday). The price of the stock is set at 3.10 leva per share .
The shareholders of Albena decided at their general meeting in January that the company should buy 99.99% of the capital of Intersky for 22.577 mln leva.
Albena will also sell 47.83% in Albena Holding for 26.7 mln leva at a price of 10.15 leva per share. Albena Holding will be the buyer.
The trade in Unipharm's new issue will also start on March 25. The issue amounts to 500,000 leva. The shares were issued as part of the company's capital increase from 500,000 to 1 mln leva.
The general shareholders' meeting of FairPlay Properties REIT will be held on March 25. The shareholders will put to vote a proposal for the company's 24,363.64 leva loss for 2005 to be offset with part of the financial result for 2008. The shareholders will also decide on the distribution of 6,988,721.08 leva gross dividend for 2008.
Corporate Commercial Bank's (KTB) general shareholders' meeting will also be held on March 25. Shareholders will discuss changes to the governing bodies of the bank. Luxembourg-registered Bulgarian Acquisition Company ІІ S.a.r.L. will acquire 1.8 mln shares, accounting for 30% of the capital of KTB. The deal was already sanctioned by the Commission for Protection of Competition and the Bulgarian National Bank.
The final date for the trade in the rights of CCB Real Estate Fund REIT is also set for March 25. The company offers a total of 427,193 shares for subscription, each with 57 leva issue value.
The shareholders of HD Dunav of Vratsa will meet on March 27. They will discuss a proposal for the the 7,043,576.41-leva profit of the company to be distributed to cover losses (10,861.76 leva), for additional reserves (6,426,896,78 leva) and for dividends (430,000 leva).
