There are only four trading session of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) this week.

Investors will be focused mainly on the financial reports of the companies for the first quarter of the year that may set the tone on BSE over the following weeks and months.

The general shareholders' meeting of Chimco is scheduled for today (April 21). The shareholders will put to vote a proposal for changes to the statutes of the company and a shift in the headquarters of the company.

The final date for sealing deals in the stock of Industrial Holding Bulgaria, which will enable investors to take part in the general shareholders' meeting of the holding company, is also set for today.

Trade in the shares issued as part of the capital increase of Euroins will will kick off in the end of the week. The procedure was completed and the capital of the company will be raised from 10 mln leva to 111.753 mln leva.

The proceeds of the company amounted to 7.014 mln leva.

BSE's SOFIX blue-chip index advanced by 11.26%, to 336.34 points, while BG40 gained 7.75%, 97.16 points.
