The general shareholders' meeting of ERG Capital - 1 REIT and ERG Capital -2 REIT will be held on May 11 and 12, respectively. The shareholders of the two REITs will discuss mainly the distribution of the profit for 2008.

The shareholders of ERG Capital - 1 REIT and ERG Capital -2 REIT will put to vote proposal for the distribution of 0.2423 and 0.26 leva gross dividend per share, respectively.

Today os also the last day for the acquisition of stocks in Sopharma, Fazerles, and Eurohold Bulgaria, which will enable the shareholders to take part in the shareholders' meetings of the respective company.

The shareholders of Fazerles will put to vote a proposal for the distribution of 1 leva gross dividend per share. The profit of Sopharma for 2008, which amounts to 19.295 mln leva, as well as 574,000 retained profit from previous years will be allocated to the reserves of the company.

The shareholders of Capital Direct - 1 REIT and Skladova Technica will put to vote a proposal for the allocation of 15.50 leva per share and 0.25 leva per share, respectively, on May 15. Universal Properties will raise from 1 to 10 leva the par value of its shares, through the reduction of their number from 6.5 mln. leva to 650,000 leva.

The general shareholders' meeting of the company is scheduled for May 16. The general shareholders' meeting of Technology & Innovation Corporation Saedinenie will take place on the same day. The shareholders will decide on the increase of the capital of the company from 12 mln leva to 24 mln leva, through the conversion of part of the profit into capital.

SOFIX and BG40 indexes advanced by 6.94% and 5.66%, to 383.39 points and 105.24 points, respectively, last week. SOFIX is up by 6.9% in 2009, while BG40 is losing 2.38% of its value.
