The sentiment is negative on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) today following yesterday's declines of the Wall Street indexes.

The SOFIX blue-chip index is down by 2.64%, to 365.64 points, while BG40 lost 2.24%, to 100.24 points.

BSE's turnover exceeded slightly 1 mln leva after the 90 minutes of the session.

There are serious sell-offs on the liquid positions. Holding Roads' stock price is down nearly 6%, to 3.16 leva per share, while Monbat's stock is losing 7% of its value to 4.6 leva per share.

Chimimport is down 2.18%, to 2.20 leva. The company is holding a press conference at present presenting the public offering of a new issues of preferred shares.

Central Cooperative Bank's stock is down by 3.5%, to 1.38 leva, while First Investment Bank loses 1.7%, to 2.4 leva per share.

The major U.S. stock indexes lost over 2% of their value yesterday and government bond prices rose, after data showed that the world's biggest economy is not recovering as quickly as investors were hoping.
