Bulgarian Energy Holding (BEH) EAD is to transfer for valuable consideration its shares in Bourgas-Alexandroupo Oil Pipeline Project Company-BG AD to Technoexportstroy EAD, according to a Council of Ministers' decision about Bulgaria's participation in the oil pipeline project, the government information service said on Thursday.

Technoexportstroy is to refund BEH for expenditures to the amount of 2,997,000 leva on its stake in the project company.

Bulgaria will be represented in the International Project Company by Bourgas-Alexandroupolis Oil Pipeline Project Company-BG, wholly owned by Technoexportstroy.

Currently Technoexportstroy and Bulgargaz Holding hold 50 per cent stakes in Bourgas-Alexandroupolis Oil Pipeline Project Company-BG.
