Trade in the stocks issued as part of the capital increases of Balkan and Sea Properties REIT and Sila Holding will kick off today on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE).

Sila Holding raised its capital from 2.09 mln leva to 5 mln leva, through the issuing of 2.909 mln new shares with 1 leva par and issue value.

Balkan and Sea Properties REIT hiked its capital from 650,000 leva to 5.33 mln leva. The proceeds of the REIT amounted to 24.35 mln leva after the sale of 4.682 mln shares at an issue value of 5.20 leva apiece.

The general shareholders' meeting of Trace Group Hold is scheduled for May 20. The shareholders will put to vote a proposal for the distribution of the company's profit for 2008, as well as the retainmed profit from previous years.

Chimimport's rights, which allow the subscription of 90 mln new preferred shares, will be traded until May 20. A total of 1.666 of the rights allow the investors to subscribe 1 new preferred share with 2.22 leva issue value.

The unused rights will be aucxtioned off on May 29, while the final date for the subscription of the new shares is June 12.

Trade in the shares of Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT, issued as part of the capital increase of the company, will start on Friday. The REIT hiked its capital from 972,000 leva to 1.303 mln leva, raising a total of 331,000 leva.

The SOFIX blue-chip index lost 3.11%, to 371.48 points last week, while the broader BG40 shed 1.9%, to 103.27 points.
