Three of the official indexes on BSE closed in the red today. SOFIX slipped 0.86% to 377.80 points, BG40 fell 1.09% to 103.08 points and BGTR30 dipped 1.44% and closed at 281.98 points. BGREIT stayed flat at 39.51.

BSE's total turnover reached 1.36 mln leva. As at 14:40 h turnover on the OTC market stood at 1.18 mln leva. The stock of 77 companies was traded today, 27 of which closed on positive turf.

Today was the last day for trade with rights issued by Chimimport. A total of 3.2 mln rights changed hands at prices between 0.005 - 0.033 leva. Unused rights will be auctioned on May 29.

Some 330,033 shares in Chimimport were also traded today. The stock appreciated by 0.31% to 2.29 leva/share.

Albena's stock surged after it emerged that the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) has approved Albena Holding's tender offer to Albena's shareholders. The stock gained 3.56% to 29.79 leva/share at a turnover of 5,398 units.

We remind that the offer corrected the tender offer by 3.00 leva to 30.00 leva after the FSC banned the first offer.

Most banks saw stocks falling today: CCB (-4.57% to 1.46 leva), FIBank (-1.76% to 2.53 leva) and BACB (-1.54% to 13.44 leva). Corporate Commercial Bank stayed unchanged at 62.50 leva.

TIC Saedienie saw its stock price soar by 87.08% to 0.45 leva/share at a turnover of 12,760 shares. It became clear today that on May 16 shareholders approved a proposal for capital increase using own funds, from 12 to 24 mln leva via adding profit to capital. The company said.

The new issue will be in the amount of 12 mln new shares. Stockholders shall receive one new share against each existing share they own.

The final date for trade in the stock which entitles to subscription of new shares is 28 May 2009.

Most infrastructural stocks posted losses today: Holding Roads (-1.79%, to 3.24 leva), Moststroy (-0.94%, 5.15 leva) and Trace Group Hold (-1.42% to 50 leva).

Momina Krepost added 3.18% to 1.30 leva.
