The season of the general shareholders' meetings on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) is on.

The shareholders of Eurohold Bulgaria will put to vote on Tuesday a proposal for the transfer of the stocks/units owned by the holding company in Scandinavia Motors, Eurolease Rent-a-car and Nissan Sofia to its subsidiary Eurohold Automotive Group, through a contribution in kind. The total market value of the stocks/units amounts to 8.6 mln leva.

The general shareholders' meetings of Corporate Commercial Bank (KTB) and First Investment Bank (FIBank). The shareholders of the two banks will decide on the capitalization of profits for 2008.

KTB posted 40.243 mln leva profit for 2008, while FIBank booked 50.93 mln leva profit.

The shareholders of Sopharma Estates REIT (0.1385 leva), Nikrom Trabna Mebel (0.30 leva), Fazerles (1.00 leva) and Sopharma (0.08 leva/share) will put to vote proposals for the distribution of dividend.

SOFIX and BG40 advanced by 1.66 and 1.51% last week, to 377.65 points and 104.83 points, respectively.
