The management of First Investment Bank (FIBank) will hold a press conference today. The event will take place only three days after the general shareholders' meeting of the bank held on Friday (May 29).

The general shareholders' meeting of Toplivo is also scheduled for today. The shareholders will decide on the distribution of the retained profit of the company from previous years and the reserves.

The Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) will auction off on Monday the unused rights issued as part of the capital increase of ZMM Metalik. The number of rights to be auctioned off amounts to 8.341 mln. or 98.8% of the total.

A total of 14.07 rights entitle the subscription of one new share with an issue price of 2 leva.

Trade in a total of five new issues will kick off on Thursday (June 4). These include Welcome Holdings, Vita Mi Holdings, Energoni, Bryast-D as well as the bond issue of Assenova Krepost.

BSE's SOFIX blue-chip index advanced by 5.87%, to 379.55 points in May, while the broader BG40 gained 4.61%, to 104.19 points.

A total of 27 of the companies included in the calculation of BG40 posted advances over the last month. Nine lost part of their market value, while the stock prices of four of the companies remained unchanged.
