Today's trading session of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) may be remembered only with its low turnover. The total value of the traded securities amounted to less than 759,000 shares. The market for compensatory instruments accounted for 103,500 of the figure, while the Unofficial bond market made for 10,300 of the total turnover.

A total of 75 issues were traded on the day with 20 of the companies posting stock price gains.

The SOFIX blue-chip index advanced by 0.02%, to 374.33 points. The broader BG40 gained 1.25% to 104.78 points. Decliners included BG REIT (-1.52%, to 39.44 points) and BG TR30 (-0.06%, to 279.55 points).

Medica's stocks appreciated by 3.37%, to 1.84 leva per share. The volume on the position came to 5,663 shares.

Alcomet slipped by 0.52% to 1.90 leva per share. A total of 4,911 shares in the company traded hands on the day.

Euroins closed 3.00% up at 1.65 leva per share. The average price of the stock settled at 1.61 leva after 2,218 shares traded.

Eurohold Bulgaria's stock price went down by 3.01%, to 1.29 leva per share. The traded volume on the position came to 16,794 shares.

Banking stocks ended the day mixed - Central Cooperative Bank (+0.70%, to 1.44 leva), First Investment Bank (+0.08%, to 2.44 leva) and Bulgarian-America Credit Bank (-0.61%, to 13.00 leva).

Advancers on the day also included Holding Roads (+1.77%, to 2.87 leva) and Trace Group Hold (+0.21%, to 48.81 leva). Moststroy shed 3.16%, to 4.60 leva per share.

Kaolin (-1.41%, to 3.50 leva) and Chimimport (-0.88%, to 2.25 leva) were also among today's decliners.
