BSE Off to Positive Start This Week

The short week for the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) got off to a positive start today. The indexes posted considerable advances: SOFIX (+2.30%, to 422.07 points), BG 40 (+1.87%, to 118.06 points), BG REIT (+1.72%, to 46.67 points) and BG TR30 (+2.24%, to 328.13 points).
BSE's overall turnover came to 2.1 mln leva. A total of 79 issues were traded on the day with 47 of the stocks posting price gains.
A total 273 624 shares in Industrial Holding Bulgaria changed hands. The stock of the company appreciated by 4.14% to 1.51 leva per share.
Banking stocks ended the day higher CCB (+0.32%, to 1.274 leva), FIBank (+1.25%, to 2.278 leva), KTB (+4.54%, to 57.50 leva) and BACB (+4.94%, to 17.84 leva).
Eurohold Bulgaria and Euroins closed 3.00% and 1.42% up at 1.339 leva and 1.43 leva, respectively.
Infrastructure stocks were also among today's gainers: Holding Roads (+2.17%, to 2.35 leva), Moststroy (+8.54%, to 3.799 leva) and Trace Group Hold (+5.94%, to 66.00 leva).
Svilosa, SS Konstantine And Elena Holding and CBA Asset Management were the most traded stocks on BSE on Monday.
A total of 426,300 shares in Svilosa changed hands in a single trade at a price of 0.7 leva apiece. The stock closed today's session at a price of 0.999 leva per share, up 42.92%.
A total of 76,800 shares in SS Konstantine And Elena Holding traded hands on the day. The stock price of the company remained unchanged at 9.89 leva per share.
A single trade was carried out on the position of CBA Asset Management as well. A total of 43,477 shares were transferred at a price 0.979 leva per share, up 0.10% for the day.
