Three companies accounted for 78% of the turnover of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) on Thursday. These are Industrial Holding Bulgaria, Sopharma and EMKA. The total value of the trades in the stocks of the three companies amounted to 1.5 mln. leva.

A total of 416,254 shares in Industrial Holding Bulgaria changed hands on the day. Most of the shares were transferred in two trades at a price of 1.41 leva per share. The stock price of the company remained unchanged at 1.406 leva per share.

The tender for the unused rights, issued as part of the capital increase of Industrial Holding Bulgaria, also took place today. All 8.6 million unsubscribed rights were sold at a price of 0.001 leva per share.

The company offered a total of 14.59 mln. new shares, while the number of the issued rights stood at 43.76 mln. The rights and the shares were issued at a ratio of 3 to 1.

The par value of the shares stands at 1.00 leva apiece, while the issue value is set at 1.40 leva per share. The subscription of the shares will continue until May 27.

A total of 130,000 shares in Sopharma changed hands in a single trade today. The traded volume on the position amounted to 141,520 shares on the day. The 130,000 shares were sold at a price of 3.98 leva per share. The stock price of the company appreciated by 0.75% to 4.01 leva per share.

Doverie United Holding's stock price remained unchanged at 3.37 leva, after 20,050 shares in the company traded hands.

EMKA's stock continued to appreciate. The shares of the company added 2.63% to their value to 3.284 leva per share. A total of 105,621 shares in the company changed hands in a single trade.

Trace Group Hold slipped by 1.24%, to 58.05 leva per share. Holding Roads closed 0.05% up at 1.913 leva per share.

Hydraulic Elements & Systems and Elhim Iskra, which are part of Stara Planina Hold, shed 1.42% and 5.45%, to 7.00 leva and 2.08 leva per share, respectively.

BSE's indexes continued their slide: SOFIX (-0.47%, to 405.58 points), BG 40 (-0.44%, to 114.22 points), BG REIT (-0.99%, to 41.19 points) and BG TR30 (-0.46%, to 311.32 points).

A total of 66 issues were traded on the day with 26 of the companies posting stock price gains.
