The indexes of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) posted gains on Thursday. The SOFIX blue-chip index advanced by 0.96% to 387.18 points. BG 40 closed 1.41% up at 110.88 points, while BG REIT gained 0.84% to 40.99 points. BG TR30 ended the day 0.60% up at 291.80 points.

SOFIX ended its five-day decline on the day. The index had lost nearly 3.0% over the last three sessions declining from 395.28 to 383.48 points on August 25.

BSE's overall turnover came to 500 445 leva. Trade in compensatory instruments accounted for 18,472 leva of the figure. A total of 50 issues were traded on the day with 26 of the stocks posting price gains.

Albena was among the day's best performers. The stock of the company appreciated by 5.27% to 67.90 leva per share. The traded volume on the position came to 187 shares.
