The consumer price index in November 2010 as compared to October 2010 was 100.7 per cent which makes a monthly inflation of 0.7 per cent.

Inflation adds up to 4.1 per cent for the period from December 2009 to November 2010 and 4.6 per cent for the period from November 2009 to November 2010.

The average annual inflation in December 2009-November 2010 against December 2008-November 2009 stands at 2.1 per cent.

In November the price of flour went up by 1.6 per cent, of bread 0.8 per cent, of pork 0.6 per cent, of milk 1.9 per cent, of yogurt 0.8 per cent, of cheese 1.4 per cent, of tomatoes 5.3 per cent, of garlic 13.6 per cent, of onion 4.8 per cent, of potatos 5.5 per cent, of cucumbers 13.7 per cent and of sugar 0.6 per cent.

Prices went down for rice (0.2 per cent), eggs (0.7 per cent), mushrooms (4.3 per cent), apples (2.8 per cent), citrus fruits (15.2 per cent), cabbage (1.1 per cent) and leaks 1.9 per cent.

November saw an increase of the prices of medical and dental services (by 0.3 per cent) and of medicines (by 0.1 per cent).
