Trade with the stock of Orgachim and Rodopska Slava resumes on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange today (23 June). A temporary ban had been imposed on trade with the shares of the two companies, but it was witheld after they submitted their 1Q reports last week.

Orders for the IPO of Specialized Business Systems (SBS) will be accepted till 24 July.

The company's core capital is in the amount of 3.319 mln leva (1.697 mln euros), allocated in 66,380 shares with a face value of 50 leva. SBS is filing an IPO to increase its capital to 5 mln leva (2.556 mln euros). It is offering 33,620 shares with a face value of 50 leva and emission value of 68 leva.

Wednesday (25 July) is the final date for transacting the stock of Bulgarska Roza Sevtopolis as a result of which the holder will be entitled to receive shares from the capital increase.

Shareholderds approved a capital increase from 6 032 712 leva (3 084 476 euros) to 12 065 424 leva (6 168 953 euros) through the issuance of 6 032 712 common, paperless shares with a face and issue value of 1 lev.

General meetings of FIA Bulgaria (25 July), Bialata Laguna and Gamacabel (26 July) will be held during the week.

FIA Bulgaria shareholders will vote amendments to the statute which will allow the Board of Directors to increase the company's capital.

Under the proposal capital may be increased to an amount no greater than ten times the company's market capitalization as of the third day of public trade with the stock on the regulated market. The authorization is valid for a term of 5 years after the amendment has been registered with the Commercial Register.

Shareholders in Bialata Laguna will vote amendments within the company'a management bodies and a relocation of headquarters, while the general meeting of Gamacabel will discuss the investment strategy for the period 2007 – 2008.

Meanwhile, shareholders in Bulgarian Telecommunicatios Company will vote a proposal to take credits worth up to 585 mln leva.

7812 transactions, generating a total of 81.944 mln leva (41.897 mln euros), were made on the BSE last week. On a weekly basis BG40 added 3.11% to 338.25 points, while SOFIX dropped 2.45% to 1489.76 points.
