Doverie United Holding posted non-consolidated January – September profit in the amount of 359,000 leva, the company's report reveals. Last year Doverie reported a loss in the amount of 149,000 leva.

Revenues grew 42% to 1.6 mln leva, versus 1.13 mln leva a year go. The hike was attributed to the increase in revenue from interest payments, which grew from 31,000 leva to 437,000 leva.

Revenues from operations with financial assets jumped from 10,000 leva to 127,000 leva.

The holding has a core capital in the amount of 13.15 mln leva, Own capital stands at 23.39 mln leva.

In Q3 Doverie sold 49,213 shares (17.46%) from its subsidiary Momina Krepost, 20,060 shares (20.08%) of Danube Jsc, and 44,360 shares (9.46%) in Maritzatex.

The holding bought 7,984 shares (1.57%) in Shirokopechaten Textil and 34 shares (66.76%) in Kolormoda.

Shareholders with more than 5% of the capital are Rasafi (9.70%), Sopharma (7.08%), Seconex Holding LTD, Cypros – 5.69%. Ognyan Donev owns (directly or via related parties) 15.39% according to art 145 of POSA.

2,905 shares changed hands on the position. The stock dropped 1.6% to 15.85 leva.
