More Cashing On The BSE Today
Today was another day of active trade on the BSE. Only two of the companies in SOFIX ended the session on positive territory.
The blue chip indicator SOFIX dropped 1.13% to 1483.30 points, and BG40 lost 0.69% to 326.43 points.
The stock of Industrial Holding Bulgaria dipped 5.18% to an average of 9.71 leva, at a total of 3,850 lots transferred today.
The other serious slide in SOFIX was registered by Neochim AD. The company's market capitalization went 4.1% down to 51 leva, with 220 shares traded today.
Albena AD dipped 2.66% to 116.54 leva, while Bulgarian-American Credit Bank lost 2.49% to 84.14 leva.
The only SOFIX companies whose stock increased in value today were Chimimport and Central Cooperative Bank, which added the minimum 0.14% and 0.22%, to 13.93 leva and 9.13 leva respectively.
Losses were also posted by First Investment Bank and Corporate Commercial Bank which dropped 1.15% to 13.75 leva, and 0.68% to 87.38 leva respectively. First Investment Bank posted its 1H report today. The bank's profit surged 62.5% to19.3 mln leva (9.867 mln euros).
A total of 53,895 shares of Kaolin AD changed hands at 14.94 leva per share.
Of 135 emissions traded today, 74 closed at a loss, 47 made gains and 14 remained unchanged.
