Sofia Commerce Pawn Brokers bought 3 new premises in September, BSE reported. The company paid 62,000 leva for 45.40 sq.m in the town of Popovo (the region of Targovishte), and plans to pay another 36,500 leva for 44 sq.m in Topolovgrad.

The biggest premise is in Kiustendil – 146.58 sq m, and the price tag is 65,000 euros.

“With these acquisitions, the number of our properties becomes 9 plus an office for financial and accounting activities,” investor relations director Nikolay Hristov said for Profit.bg.

The company has opened 28 new pawn shops year to date. The total number of shops stands at 149.

The company's common shares were traded at 7.10 leva on BSE today, and the preferred shares at 6.30 leva.
