The pharmaceutical company Sopharma has notified the management of Momina Krepost of an amendment to the voting rights at the GM. As a result, Sopharma's direct interest in the capital of the medical supplies' manufacturer grows to 42.26%, i e 119,16 shares at a core capital in the amount of 281,864 leva. This is stated in a corporate notice posted on BSE's web site.

14,200 shares, or 5.04% of the capital changed hands in a block transaction at the end of October. The buyer was Industrial Holding Doverie and the seller Vit JSC. The price per share was 16.75 leva and the total value of the deal came to 237,850 leva.

After acquiring the 5.04% of capital, Industrial Holding Doverie now has 41.31% and is second main shareholder, after Sopharma. Next in terms of interest in the company is Hidroizomat, according to APIS. Hidroizomat is to float its issue of stock on BSE next Monday.

Momina Krepost posted Jan – Sept profit in the amount of 155,000 leva, versus 131,000 leva a year ago, which is an 18.3% hike y/y. Revenues grew 6.9% from 4.784 mln leva to 5.113 mln leva.

Net sales revenues stand at 4.841 mln leva, against 4.467 mln leva last year. Revenues from services rose from 87 thousand leva to 150 thousand leva.
