Tin Commerce has acquired 28,000 shares, accounting for 7.24% of the capital of Slanchev Bryag Holding, on June 26, thus raising its stake in the holding company to 16.04%.

Data of the Central Depository show that the shares were sold by Highgrove International, which has offloaded its entire stake in Slanchev Bryag Holding. The value of the deal amounted to 164,000 leva, which translates into 5.86 leva per share.

Slanchev Bryag Holding's shareholders decided two years ago that no person or company may own directly or through connected persons more than 20% of the capital of the company.

Slanchev Bryag Holding booked 108,000 leva loss in the first quarter of the year, compared to 110,000 leva loss posted for the year-ago period.

No deals have been sealed on the position of Slanchev Bryag Holding so far today. The bids/asks stand at 5.00/5.85 leva per share.
