Chimimport Non-Consolidated Profit Reaches 11.06 Million Leva in First Quarter
Chimimport AD posted a non-consolidated profit of 11.066 mln leva (0.0861 leva/share) in the first quarter versus 46,000 leva a year ago, the company’s financial report published on BSE-Sofia’s website shows.
Total revenues reached 19.77 mln leva in the three months, ended 31 March, compared to 1.18 mln leva in the same period last year. The increase was chiefly due to positive differences from financial assets and instruments operations – 19.4 mln leva.
Costs in the period grew to 8.7 mln leva from 1.13 mln leva a year ago. The biggest share in costs was for external services – 1.026 mln leva.
Chimimport’s core capital is in the amount of 130 mln leva and its own capital stands at 247 mln leva. The general meeting of the company’s shareholders in June is expected to vote a capital increase.
Chimimport Invest controls 86.60% of the holding’s capital.
