Corporate Commercial Bank's Assets Grow 383 Mln Leva To 1.388 Bln Leva
Assets of Corporate Commercial Bank (CCB) (
) grew by 382.793 mln leva January – September 2007 to 1.388 bln leva (709.673 mln euros), shows the company's nine months report. Assets have added 67.2% (557.77 mln leva) compared with the respective period a year ago.
On September 30 profit stood at 18.737 mln leva (9.580 mln euros), which is 4.2 times more than a year ago (4.436 mln leva, 2.268 mln euros), and outperforms expectations by 3.497 mln leva (1.787 mln euros), according to the bank.
CCB's market share stands at 2.95%, versus 2.38% at the beginning of 2007.
Revenue from interest payments stand at 56.626 mln leva (28.952 mln euros), of which 26.130 mln BGN and 23.396 EUR. Revenue from credits and borrowings amount to 54.172 mln leva. CCB generated 5.092 mln leva from commissions and fees, and spent 30.734 mln leva on interest rates.
On September 30 the bank's credit portfolio amounted to 678.825 mln leva (347.077 mln euros), or 48.9% of assets.
CCB is planning to establish an asset management company – CCB Asset Management with a capital in the amount of 300,000 leva (153,387 euros) allocated in as many shares. 51% of shares will be subscribed by the bank, BSE reports.
CCB shares rose 0.89% to an average of 106.77 leva today. Bids are at 106.01 leva and asks at 107.99 leva.
