Ten companies in BG40 (or 25%) ended last week with turnover in the amount of more than 1 mln leva each, statistics by Profit.bg shows.

Bulgarian-American Credit Bank reports the highest turnover (19.269 mln leva, 9.85 mln euros) after 296,000 shares changed hands in 31 transactions. Transactions with shares of Industrial Holding Bulgaria came to 4.84 mln leva (2.474 mln euros), Chimimport and Elana Agricultural Land Opportunity REIT also ended the period with more than 2 mln leva.

The list also includes Petrol, Monbat, FIB, Eurohold Bulgaria, Advance Terrafund and Orgachim.

Chimimport and Eurohold Bulgaria lead the liquidity chart, followed by Monbat, Industrial Holding Bulgaria and First Investment Bank.

The least liquid stocks in BG40 between February 4 and 8 were Oil and Gas Exploration and Production and Polimeri (16 transactions each), as well as Decotex (11).

There were a total of 7,177 transactions with the stocks in Bg40 last week. Turnover stood at 42.815 mln leva (21.89 mln euros), compared with 7,103 transaction and 36.851 mln leva (18.84 mln euros) in the preceding week.
