Sopharma's (

) interest in Momina Krepost (

) grew to 48.27% after the company acquired 4,103 shares of the Veliko Tarnovo-based enterprise. The deal was registered with Central Depository 15 February, BSE reported.

Momina Krepost has appointed am extraordinary meeting of shareholders March 20 seeking approval for a six-fold capital increase to 1.69 mln leva using own funds.

The hike in the amount of 1,409,320 leva will be financed with Additional reserves. The company will issue 1,409,320 new registered paperless voting shares with a face value of 1 lev.

The capital currently stands at 281,864 leva. Each shareholder shall receive 5 new shares for free.

The EMS will also dismiss Tsonko Nedyalkov and Svetlana Kircheva from the Board of Directos.

The final date for transacting the shares of the company as result of which the holder will be entitled to voting right at the forthcoming general meeting is 4 March 2008.

5,939 shares of Sopharma have changed hands so far this morning on the BSE. The price stays flat at 7.27 leva.

Momina Krepost have added 0.67% to an average of 69.5 leva.
