Except for several regions in Bulgaria, residential property prices in the country did not undergo serious changes in the first half of 2008, a report of Foros real estate company shows.

Residential property prices rose by an average of 12% year on year in the first six months of 2008. Rousse saw the biggest increase of 24.3%. Residential property prices in some districts in the city are catching up with those in Sofia and Varna.
