The objective of our work together is to put into operation a flat glass plant in Razgrad with a daily output of 600 tonnes, Luoyang Float Glass Group Co. Vice president Li Wei said at meeting with the regional governor Nasko Anastasov, BTA reports.

The plant will be designed and built within 20 months by another Chinese concern, with preliminary design scheduled to end after 60 days, said Denis Barekov, representative of Via Properties.

The flat glass plant in Razgrad will provide jobs for 350-500 people annually and one-third of the specialists who will train them and put the plant into operation will be from China, Barekov said.

The construction of the plant will be financed by the Export-Import Bank of China (China Eximbank) but the ownership of the facilities will be of the Bulgarian company Via Properties, which own the Diamant plant.
