Two companies will start dividend payments today. Transinvestment REIT and CEE Properties REIT will distribute 0.16 and 0.00265 leva gross dividend per share, respectively, to their shareholders.

Trading in Expat Beta REIT's rights will continue until September 2. The company plans to raise its capital from 3 mln leva to 5 mln leva.

The rights issued as part of the capital increase of Arco Towers REIT will be traded until September 4. The REIT is in the process of hiking capital from 650,000 leva to 780,000 leva through the issuing of 130,000 rights, each allowing the subscription of 1 new share with 113 issue value.

Trading in two new issues will kick off on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) on Thursday – the shares issues as part of the capital raise of Agro Finance REIT and the bond issue of TBI Credit.

The general shareholders' meeting of Bulgartabac Holding is scheduled for the same day. The shareholders will discuss a donation to a foundation for the funding of the social expenses on the privatization of Bulgartabac-Holding.

The donation will go for the payment of compensation to workers and employees of Plovdiv Yuri Gagarin BT, who were laid off in the period November 1, 2006 – March 31, 2007.

The total value of the compensation amounts to 500,000 leva and covers 50% of the sum that has to be paid to the workers and employees of the Plovdiv-based company.

The auction for the unused rights issued as part of the capital raise of Advance Terrafund REIT is scheduled for September 5. The REIT plans to hike its capital from 44.056 mln leva to 110.14 mln leva through the issuing of 66.084 mln new shares with 1.90 leva issue value each.

The general shareholders' meeting of Katex will take place in Kazanlak on the same day. The shareholders of the company will put to vote a proposal for the distribution of 0.30 leva gross dividend per share.

BSE's BG40 index advanced by 0.70% to 251.24 points in August, while the SOFIX blue-chip index added 1.70% to 1,027.99 points.
