The starting date for the 19th Centralized public auction is set for today (December 1). A total of 85 enterprises, including six public companies will be offered for sale on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE).
The state will auction off stakes in public companies Elprom - ZEM (34 shares), EMKA (17,928 shares), Kauchuk (6,983 shares), Medica (2,262 shares), Pribor (109 shares) and Metizi (83,670 shares). The purchase of the stakes will be carried out through non-cash payments.
The last day for the acquisition of stock on Holding Roads and Neochim, which will allow the shareholders to take part in the forthcoming general shareholders' meetings of the companies, is set for Wednesday (December 3).
The shareholders of Holding Roads will put to vote a proposal for the distribution of 3.84 mln leva bonuses to Vassil Bozhkov, chairman of the supervisory board of the company, as well as 100,000 leva to Orlin Hadzhiyankov, deputy chairman of the management board, and 60,000 leva to executive director Philip Stoyanov.
The shareholders of Neochim will put to vote a proposal envisaging changes in the management bodies of the company.
The last day for the subscription of shares, issues as part of the capital raise of Holding Varna is also set for December 3. The rights issues in the capital hike of Lomsko Pivo will be traded on BSE in the period December 3-16.
Trading in the new share issues of Moststroy and Sparky AD, as well as in the bond issue of Serdika Properties REIT will start on Friday.
BSE's SOFIX and BG40 indexes advanced last week by 8.61 and 8.23%, to 363.27 and 108.60 points, respectively. The two indexes, however, lost 24.71 and 21.72% of their value, respectively, in November.
