Today's trade session ended on a positive note in a week which lacked significant business news. SOFIX gained 3.75% to 276.87 points. BG40 added nearly 2% and closed at 90.1points.

BGREIT managed to rebound by 2.16% and closed at 41.11 points, while BGTR30 rose 3.91% to 198.48 points. Just 77 stocks were traded today, 46 advanced.

On a weekly basis SOFIX is up by 1.6%, BG40 is at +0.56%, BGTR30 closed +1.18%. BGREIT lost 0.8% this week.

So far in February, SOFIX is down by 3.46%, BG40 loses 1.09%, BGREIT is at -1.83%. BGREIT is up 1.41%.

19 stocks within BG40 are u this week. Holding Roads is the top gainer - shares closed at an average of 2.04 leva today, which is a 30.77% gain for the week.

It emerged yesterday that two of the holding's subsidiaries - Burgaspatstroy and Road Construction Equipment Jsc signed agreements with Sofiyska Voda. Road Construction's contract is worth 265,000 leva (VAT included).

Burgaspatstroy will carry out rehabilitation of roads, damaged during emergency repairs of the sewerage system.

Industrial Capital Holding added 16.88% today to an average of 1.8 leva.

We remind that public companies are to post annual consolidated financial reports for 2008 by the end of February.

The third biggest gainer this week is Moststroy. The average price on the position is up by 13.61% to 1.92 leva.

This week's top decliners are Sparky Eltos (-8.7%, average 1.26 leva), Euroins (-8.65%, 1.69 leva) and Orgachim (-8.54 leva, 63.64 leva).

At the beginning of February Euroins' majority shareholder Euroins Insurance group (EIG) acquired 90% of the capital of the Turkish insurance company Inter Sigorta at a 427,000 euro price tag.

The company was founded in 1997 as a part of Nergis Group (a diversified holding group) based in Istanbul. The company is licensed to perform all types of insurance in Turkey, although it has not been operating on the market in recent years.

EIG is planning to invest over 10 million euro in the development of the new unit during the following 2 years. Inter Sigorts is planning to start operations in 2009 second half.
