Trade in the bond issues of Allianz Leasing Bulgaria, Puldin Lion Group REIT and FairPlay Agricultural Fund, as well as in mutual funds Real Finance High-Yield Fund and Real Finance Balanced Fund, will start on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) on Tuesday (February 17).

The unused rights of the capital increase of Sila Holding will be auctioned off on BSE on the same day. The total number of the rights amounts to 857,000, or 40.99% of the total.

The holding company issued a total of 2.09 mln rights, each allowing the subscription of 1.3919 new shares with 1 leva par and issue value.

At least 1.455 mln new shares have to be subscribed and paid in order for the capital of the company to be raised. The deadline for the subscription of the shares is set for March 6, 2009.

Trade in the rights of Energetics & Energy Savings Fund - FEEI will continue until Friday (February 20) .

The SPV is in the process of hiking its capital from 972,000 to 1.458 mln leva. The issue amounts to 486,135 leva, divided in as many shares with 1 and 1.5 leva par and issue value each, respectively.

The SOFIX blue-chip index advanced by 1.6%, to 276.87 points last week, while the broader BG40 gained 0.56%, to 90.10 points.
