The corporate reports will dominate trade on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) this week. The companies have to publish their reports for the first quarter of the year until April 30.

Tomorrow (April 28) is the final date sealing deals in the stocks of Holding Svera Sofia, FairPlay Residential Properties, Trace Group Hold, Universal Properties REIT and Skaldova Tehnika, which will enable the stockholders to take part in the general shareholders' meetings of the companies.

The shareholders of Holding Sveta Sofia will put to vote a proposal for the repurchasing of a total of 148,216 of its shares, or up to 3% of the cpaital. The minimum price will be set at 0.181 leva per share, while the maximum will be 0.92 leva per share.

The shareholders of FairPlay Residential Properties and Skladova Tehnika will vote for the distribution of 0.16 and 0.25 leva dividend per share, respectively. Trace Group Hold will decide on the distribution of the company's profit for 2008.

Universal Properties will raise the par value of its shares from 1 to 10 leva apiece, through reducing the number of its shares from 6.5 mln to 650,000.

The general shareholders' meeting of Bulgarian-American Credit Bank will take place only a day later. The shareholders will put to vote a proposal to allocate the profit of the company for 2008 to the Reserves fund.

The SOFIX blue-chip index advanced by 3.26% last week, to 347.31 points, while the broader BG40 gained 2.09%, to 99.20 points.
