BGREIT was the only advancing index on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange in Thursday' session. The index gained 0.54% to 40.88 points.

The SOFIX blue-chip index slipped by 0.81%, to 347.23 points. The broader BG40 shed 1.03%, to 97.48 points losing over 1% of its value for the second straight day. BGTR30 skidded 0.91% lower to 262.53 points.

BSE's overall turnover came to a mere 216,940 leva. The market for compensatory instruments accounted for nearly 65,000 leva of the total. The value of the over-the-counter deals amounted to 27 leva as at 2:45 p.m.

A total of 58 issues were traded on the day with 19 of the companies posting stock price gains.

Synergon Holding was the only decliner on segment A of the Official market. The stock of the company depreciated by 2.84%, to 2.05 leva per share. The volume on the position, however, amounted to a mere 65 shares.

Albena Invest Holding and Industrial Holding Bulgaria advanced by 2.33% and 0.42%, to 4.30 leva and 1.68 leva per share, respectively.

Central Cooperative Bank posted the biggest volume on BSE's Official market after 13,247 shares in the bank traded hands on the day. The stock depreciated by 2.38%, to 1.19 leva per share.

The other banks posted declines as follows: First Investment Bank (-0.91%, to 2.18 leva), Corporate Commercial Bank (-2.88%, to 50.50 leva) and Bulgarian-American Credit Bank (-0.94%, до 10.50 лв.).

Petrol's stock price went down by 6.87% to 6.10 leva on the day after 527 shares traded. Industrial Capital Holding shed 9.03%, to 2.82 leva per share after only 40 shares traded.

Infrastructure companies also ended the day in negative territory. Trace Gfroup Hold posted the biggest decline of 3.70%, to 49.11 leva per share, while Holding Roads and Moststroy shed 3.53% and 2.32%, to 2.87 leva and 4.20 leva per share, respectively.
