The SOFIX blue-chip index of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) shed 1.32% today closing at 461.34 points, or 10% below its 2009 peak of 511.34 points for the index (17 September, 2009). All four indexes ended the day in negative territory. The declines ranged between 0.42% and 1.95%.

The declines are as follows: BG 40 (-1.95%, to 124.52 points), BG REIT (-0.42%, to 47.85 points) and BG TR30 (-0.97%, to 350.60 points).

BSE's overall turnover came to 1.47 mln leva. A total of 93 issues were traded on the day with 19 of the stocks posting price gains.

Infrastructure stocks closed today's session lower. The declines are as follows: Holding Roads (-3.22%, to 3.00 leva), Moststroy (-2.13%, to 4.55 leva) and Trace Group Hold (-1.99%, to 74.00 leva).

Banking stocks ended the day mixed. Advancers included Central Cooperative Bank (+0.60%, to 1.51 leva) and Corporate Commercial Bank (+1.69%, to 60.00 leva).

The decliners on today were First Investment Bank (-2.10%, to 2.80 leva) and Bulgarian-American Credit Bank (-6.28%, to 17.90 leva).

Kaolin's stock price went down by 0.67%, to 5.95 leva per share. The traded volume on the position came to 11,054 shares.
