BSE Indexes Continue to Slide

The indexes of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) continued to slide on Monday. The decline was as follows: SOFIX (-0.82%, to 408.28 points), BG 40 (-0.58%, 126.51 to points), BG REIT (-0.10%, to 47.71 points) and BG TR30 (-1.07%, to 333.50 points).
BSE's overall turnover exceeded 27 mln. leva on the day. Expat Capital acquired 20% of the capital of Eurohold Bulgaria for a total of 26.5 mln leva, or 1.215 leva per share. Eurohold Bulgaria ended the day 3.39% up at 1.25 leva per share.
The week started with sell-offs on the position of Holding Roads. The stock of the company depreciated by nearly 7% to 0.495 leva per share.
Chugunoleene's problems helped lower the stock price of the company by 61.49% to 1.155 leva per share after 2,432 shares were traded. UBB will collect its receivables through the sales of some of Chugunoleene's assets.
Friday's news regarding the sale price for the 49.9-percent stake in Bulgarian-American Credit Bank (BACB) did not weigh too much on the stock the bank. It shed 5% от to 5.13 leva per share.
A total of 58 issues were traded on the day with 12 of the companies posting stock price gains.
