Brokers: International Markets To Set The Tone

Each Monday Profit.bg asks three market analysts to share their expectations for trade in the following five days. Here is what they told us today:
Tamara Becheva, analyst, Elana Trading
Trade this week will be mainly influenced by the trend on international markets, in spite of expectations for a weaker correlation. The negative tendency on BSE is due to external factors and investors will continue to be cautious.
The changes within the components of SOFIX may boost the traded volumes on some of the positions, although this didn't happen the last time.
Teresa Trifonova, analyst, Karoll
I don't expect a surprising upward trend this week. The start of secondary trade with Agria Group Holding shares on Tuesday will attract a lot of interest.
Last week we saw that the convincing consolidated reports failed to change investors sentiments. Turnovers will be small as most investors are currently just waiting to see what happens.
I don't expect this situation to change soon, neither this week, nor in the following. What everyone is watching right now is the development on the global stock markets and the recession worries in the US.
Neli Petrova, broker, KD Securities
As long as international markets are falling, the trend on BSE will also be negative.
On the other hand, cheaper stocks will become very attractive at a one point an when the correction is over, those who bought at the cheap prices will profit.
