BSE Indexes End Today's Session in Negative Territory

All four index of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) ended today's session in negative territory. The SOFIX blue-chip index lost 2.87%, to 355.14 points, while the broader BG40 dropped by 3.77%, to 105.02 points, putting and end to its seven-day winning streak.
The BGTR30 and BGREIT indexes lost 2.99% and 1.5% of their value, to 274.92 and 47.34 points, respectively.
BSE's overall turnover came to 28.88 mln leva, while the value of the over-the-counter deals amounted to 4.11 mln leva as at 02:40 p.m. The high turnover today may be put down to the 1,711,922 shares transferred on the position of Petrol. A total of 1,700,000 shares changed hands in a single transaction, while the value of the stock went up by 6.82%, to 11.75 leva per share.
A total of 94 issues were traded on the day, while only 24 of the stocks advanced.
Albena Invest Holding was the biggest decliner on segment A of BSE's Official market today. The stock of the company depreciated by 11.29%, to 4.00 leva per share. The traded volume on the position came to 5,412 shares.
Other decliners included Synergon Holding (-9.09%, to 2.00 leva per share) and Industrial Holding Bulgaria (-8.23%, to 1.56 leva per share)
Doverie United Holding was the only company on BSE's Official market alongside Petrol to end today's session in positive territory. The stock of the holding company added 6.38% to its value closing the day at 6.8 leva per share.
Bulgarian-American Credit bank was the only bank on BSE to post a stock price gain on the day. The stock of the bank appreciated by 5.07% to 12.2 leva per share. Corporate Commercial Bank's stock price remained unchanged at 65 leva per share.
The market capitalization of Central Cooperative Bank declined by 5.08%, to 1.14 leva per share, while First Investment Bank shed 3.52%, to 2.8 leva per share.
Some of today's other decliners on BSE's Official market included Oil & Gas Exploration & Production (-4.76%, to 3.00 leva per share), Sopharma (-4.76, to 2.16 leva per share) and Chimimport (-3.13%, to 2.1 leva per share).
Holding Roads led the decline of the infrastructure companies today. The stock of the company lost 12.76% of its value ending the day at 3.09 leva per share. Moststroy shed 4.73%, to 3.83 leva per share, while Trace Group Hold's stock depreciated by 3.75%, to 38.5 leva per share.
