A total of seven trading sessions will be held on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) by the end of the year. Trade in the shares issued as part of the capital raise operations of Slanchev Den and Z Properties Investment Fund REIT will kick off on December 16.

Slanchev Den raised its capital from 472,000 to 11.326 mln leva with own funding. As a result, the shareholders will receive 23 new shares for each old share. Z Properties Investment Fund REIT will in turn undergo a mandatory initial capital raise from 500,000 to 650,000 leva.

The bond issue of Industrial Holding Bulgaria and the units of mutual funds Astra Cash, Astra Plus and Astra Balance will also be registered for trade on December 16.

Trade in the rights issued as part of the capital raise of Lomsko Pivo will also kick of on December 16 (Tuesday). The company plans to hike its capital from 4.5 mln leva to 6 mln leva through the offering of 4.5 mln rights. Three rights will entitle the subscription of 1 new share with 2.5 leva issue value.

The general shareholders' meetings of Neochim and Holding Roads will be held on December 19.

The shareholders of the holding company will put to vote a proposal for the allocation of 3.84 mln leva bonus to Vassil Bozhkov chairman of the supervisory board of the company, as well as 100,000 leva to Orlin Hadjiyankov, chairman of the management board and executive director of the company and 60,000 leva to Philip Stoyanov, deputy chairman of the management board and executive director.

The shareholders of Dimitrovgrad-based fertilizer maker Neochim will put to vote a proposal for changes to the management bodies of the company.

BSE's SOFIX blue-chip index lost 2.17%, to 361.32 points, while BG40 shed 1.18%, to 107.00 points.
